If you’re ready to get fit for summer and want to have fun and lose weight while competing against other teams join the Countdown To Summer Challenge!
- Teams will be randomly assigned.
- Team Captains will be chosen, include in your message if you’re interested.
- Fitness and nutrition goals will be given out weekly. You are in charge of making sure your teammates complete them and stay on track!
- Weight loss will be calculated by % loss, rather than total lbs lost.
- 1 point will be awarded to your team for each time you complete the fitness or nutrition goal. 10 points will be awarded to the team who loses the biggest percentage each week.

- Message me your CURRENT WEIGHT! I will then give you the password to the challenge blog where goals will be posted, as well as weekly winners and anything important. I will also give you the name of your team.

Busy busy busy! I left Alaska to move back home, but I stopped in Hawaii first for a vacation. Now I’m back in Idaho with the fam. I am almost done unpacking and getting settled in. I should be on here more often now, it was hard before I left because I had so much to do. But wish me luck on the job search! Happy Halloween!!!
